Full cycle recruiting for hospice and healthcare operations, partnering with clinical leaders to address staffing needs across multiple markets while ensuring regulatory compliance and continuity of patient care. Healthcare Roles Recruited: RNs, LPNs, CNAs, HHAs, Nurse Managers, Social Workers, Chaplains, Clinical Leadership, Patient Care Specialist, Case Workers, Child Life Specialist and Admissions roles.• Manage full cycle recruiting for hospice clinical and leadership roles • Partner with clinical directors and administrators to forecast staffing needs • Source and recruit licensed healthcare professionals for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles • Conduct behavioral and clinical interviews and assess licensure requirements • Ensure compliance with hospice, Medicare, and regulatory standards • Maintain accurate ATS documentation and reporting • Support onboarding and orientation processes to ensure timely start dates • Build and sustain strong pipelines of hospice and home-health clinicians
