ABOUT SANDRA BELL
I have happily been working in my life\'s purpose within the holistic wellness industry since 1994. For the majority of my career I worked as a licensed massage therapist and massage therapy instructor. I have taught many topics in the wellness industry including, but not limited to, massage therapy for people with PTSD, Swedish massage, injury massage, mindfulness, therapeutic presence, professional boundaries and emotional response. With my years of experience, research and studies I have been blessed with the ability to assist others in their healing process by helping them to connect the mind and body while using self acceptance and personal empowerment. I strongly believe that we are all our own healers and it is my pleasure to assist others in this process. After 29 years working as a massage therapist I am happy to announce my career evolution. I have recently obtained my Holistic Wellness Coach Certification, EFT Tapping Certification, Meditation Teacher Certification, Yoga Instructor Certification and Herbalist Certification. I look forward to implementing my experience and knowledge as I continue my journey within the holistic wellness industry.
