Handling production, maintenance, New improvement activities and Quality of 120 tons per day Buhler mill (wheat), Pesa Mill, Dal Mill and Besan Mill(50 ton/day) Head Miller at NEZONE FOODS in Tezpur Assam. Handling the operations of mill which produces bakery as well as the biscuit flour for Britannia. Head Miller at UFM Industries Pvt ltd in silchar city. Handling 2 units production at its best with quality,scheduling maintenance and assessing the breakdown maintenance, finding the scope for modification and doing in spare time. Improving the flowsheet and providing product to market desirability. In Iffco run automated 400 tpd buhler plant. Responsible for smooth running of production with respective quality control. Milling of hard wheat and semi hard wheat with higher extraction with matching quality parameters and make trouble free operation. Watch over the wheat stock and the blending with the procurement of wheat. Study the scope for modification and its feasibility. Studied flour improver need and effects with practical implementation. Maintaining ISO practice in plant and handling third party audits. Man power handling cause for maximum productivity.
