Have been instrumental in setting up this base for Greaves from ground zero and achieving a tenfold increase in revenue, including conceptualizing and successful implementation of new products in the market. Worked previously with Mahindra & Mahindra as Senior Territory- Manager handling the South Tamil Nadu markets achieving a high market share of 48%. Started my professional career with John Deere Equipment’s having served in diversified role & responsibility from Manufacturing, Quality, Customer service & Dealer development.Have widely travelled to over 40 + countries with a proven track record of P&L management,opening new markets, product segments, appointing channel partners, OEM’s and introducing new products.
