This involves creating Software Architecture Documents and ensuring adherence to Schwab’s platform principles.Business Strategy & Decision-Making: I provide strategic guidance to software development and delivery teams, identifying opportunities for process re-design, improvement, and automation. My leadership ensures continuous improvements to Schwab’s systems and processes.New Technology Introduction & Proof of Concept (PoC): I spearhead market research and PoC implementation for emerging technologies such as Robotic Process Automation and AI-based Predictive and Proactive Status tools.
