ABOUT UPAL ISLAM

I am a SR QA Automation tester and leading offshore Servicemax(Salesforce) team as well as leading Mobile and Web Automation team. As an experienced QA Engineer, I was exposed to testing web applications using Katalon, Selenium using JAVA and mobile apps using both manual and through Browserstack Automation. My goal is to make follow agile methodology and my strengths are working in collaborative environments, in leading and managing offshore testing teams. It is my goal to learn new ways to learn tools and technology and integrate things every day while gaining experience from online/ co-workers. I also have experience in API testing using Postman, Android/IOS application testing using BrowserStack. Good hold on Core java programming. Well-versed in Software *Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Test Life Cycle (STLC).*Extensive knowledge of different types of testing:Functional testing, integration testing, system testing, regression testing, Agile testing *Good experience in framework design using POM.*Executed test scripts on Firefox and Google Chrome*Excellent interpersonal skills for reporting and prioritizing software bugs in coordination with Development and QA teams *Good hands-on experience in Defect management tools like Jira, Test rails etc.
