Sourcing and buying raw material, machines, spare-parts and R&M, Services, Sub-contractors for company. Timely delivery of material. RFP & RFQ through emails. Getting Bids Tabulation approved by appropriate authority. Negotiate based on Techno-Commercial Bids/Comparison with supplier for favorable payment term. Generating LOI/WO/PO/LC. Monitor and priorities Purchase orders generation and track the materials receiving. Checking of invoices in accordance with Purchase order. Make Payments schedules to Suppliers / Vendors. Identify long lead and bottle neck items and setting targets. Visit the vendors plant for Quality, Grade, Production and Dispatch schedule. Cost Reduction: without impacting quality Budgetary Project costing and tendering for sales team. Development & gradation of New Vendors. Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates. Identify and develop vendor, contractor and supplier accordingly. Make transport plan for site delivery. Prepare cost and expenditure statements and other necessary documentation at regular intervals for the duration of the project. Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers, contractors and subcontractors. Prepare and maintain purchase and supply history. Prepare estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors. Coordinate with consultant, clients, vendors, and other departments or construction foremen to discuss and formulate estimates. Confer with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates. Review material and labor requirements, to decide whether it is more cost-effective to produce or purchase components. Making Fund provisions and paying vendor in time.
