I am a global executive leader with over 20 years’ experience governing complex aerospace and advanced manufacturing portfolios across regulated, high-performance environments.My career spans full P&L ownership, multi-site operational leadership and enterprise programme governance across portfolios valued up to $4Bn. I specialise in building structured, scalable operating systems that align engineering, operations, supply chain and programme management into predictable, high-performing delivery engines.I have led full site operations for $180M+ aerospace portfolios, delivering sustained 95% OTD and 15% margin improvement. In distressed environments, I have introduced structured recovery frameworks and Lean transformations that improved delivery performance by 70% within 10 months, reduced supply chain disruption by 25% and lowered cost bases by up to 20%.Beyond operational leadership, I have designed and implemented enterprise PMO frameworks across multi-site global organisations, strengthening governance, risk management and executive visibility.
