Responsible of ensuring the quality and availability of corporate\'s services from a customer-centric perspective\\\\n• Responsible for SLA reporting, change management, asset management and demand management according to ITIL V3 principles and practices\\\\n• Responsible for strategic providers management (telco, maps, BI, security.): contract/pricing negotiation, SLA monitoring, escalation point for incident management, strategic roadmap definition, budget/costs management\\\\n• Head of IT Security, IT risks and compliance: end-to-end security of corporate\'s services (remote devices, mobile apps, internet API and web portals, backend services and core databases.), management of security strategy roadmap design and implementation, compliance with Group Rules and European Law, management of security activities/projects (vulnerability assessment, penetration test, secure code review, SOC integration, incident response team.)\\\\n• Head of Data Analytics Service: provide access to big volumes of telematics data through a multi-tenant service based on BigData ecosystem (HDFS, YARN, Spark, Hive, Impala, HBase, OOzie, Sqoop) and different kind of interfaces for data scientists (HUE, Apache Zeppelin, Apache Livy, RStudio Server.)\\\\n• Head of development projects using advanced Machine Learning approaches: claims identification, frauds detection, hidden behaviors/paths of telematics devices, anomalies prevention, customers analysis\\\\n• Head of Business Intelligence Service: design, implementation and management of BI multi-tenant services based on Microstrategy (Bigdata integration, geographical data reporting, datamarts and KPIs.)\\\\n• Support to IT Operations for batch and real-time core data processing based on BigData ecosystem (Spark, Storm, HBase.), network engineering, Oracle RAC and data replication topics\\\\n• Leading internal team and external resources/providers\\\\n• Member of corporate\'s management team\\\\n• Reporting to the Head of Running Services and CEO\'s deputy\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
