I manage relationships with pension schemes (DB & DC), endowment funds, fiduciary managers and investment consultants in the UK. I\'m responsible for representing M&G across our equities, multi-asset and alternatives teams to deliver investment strategies which can support investors and help them to achieve their goals. As part of my responsibility to grow M&G\'s Institutional business, I think about product strategy, maintaining high quality relationships and working with our marketing, events and content teams to position our capabilities in the market. I also lead on developing our strategy for growing our footprint with UK Defined Contribution schemes, including supporting them with our suite of sustainable and impact-oriented strategies and delivering M&G\'s existing private credit and alternatives capabilities in an investable format.
