I currently lead the policy and regulatory compliance functions at Entrust IDV (ex-Onfido), an innovative leader in identity-centric security solutions. As part of the Product team, my responsibilities include:• EU & Global regulatory advocacy: Proactively engage with EU institutions, regulators, and policymakers globally to shape favorable regulatory frameworks and standards supporting business growth.• Internal cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Privacy teams to ensure compliance and strategic positioning from product ideation through market launch.• Strategic horizon scanning: Identify emerging regulatory trends, opportunities, and threats worldwide, translating insights into strategic recommendations to guide the product roadmap.• Industry representation & thought leadership: Represent Entrust within key industry bodies, standards associations, and at advocacy events to drive thought leadership in the digital identity space.• Policy influence & stakeholder engagement: Decisively influence policymakers, regulators, and trade associations to secure optimal policy outcomes aligned with Entrust (Onfido)’s business objectives.
