Leadership and day-to-day oversight of the operations associated with production at the Independence facility in Tulsa, OK. Designing, manufacturing and servicing Air-Cooled Heat Exchangers. Drive a SAFETY-based culture through personal commitment, work practices, procedures and adherence to OSHA regulations. Develop, establish and implement long range and short-term plans, operation policies, etc. for the location. Provide direct leadership of the continuous improvement vision, quality objectives and development of corrective actions. Supervise and coordinate the various programs essential to manufacturing, e.g. training, safety, quality, housekeeping, work simplifications, cost reduction, wage and salary administration, plant protection and security, etc. Plan and determine direct and indirect manpower requirements based on forecasts. Drive completion of production activities ahead of schedule and under budget.
