In Tesla\'s Central Delivery Operations team, I play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the processes that keep Direct Delivery and Registration operations running smoothly across the UK and Ireland. I support 11 Delivery Hubs, driving operational excellence, compliance, and efficiency while ensuring every customer handover is seamless and scalable.As a trusted subject matter expert, I coach, advise, and collaborate with colleagues and partners at every level. I manage complex stakeholder relationships with internal teams, senior leaders, external carriers, regulators, and industry bodies, influencing decisions and solving problems that reduce risk and deliver measurable results.Through data-driven reporting and insights, I identify trends and drive improvements that cut costs, optimise workflows, and enhance the customer experience. My focus is on building scalable processes and embedding compliance and efficiency into the heart of operations to deliver long-term impact for both customers and the business.I develop and roll out new processes, working closely with site leaders to remove blockers, optimise workflows, and enhance the customer delivery experience. I manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external carriers, using operational data and feedback to identify trends, introduce improvements, and scale best practices across multiple locations.
