Hey! Welcome to my profile. I\'m Sammie, a Customer Experience and Voice of Customer SME with 3+ years of experience at Qualtrics. I’m passionate about understanding people — how they think, what they feel, and how their experiences shape the way they engage with products and brands. As a Technical Account Manager turned Technical Customer Success Manager, I partner with enterprise customers to design and optimize feedback programs that drive measurable business outcomes. I thrive at the intersection of empathy and analytics. I love digging into data, identifying trends, and translating Voice of Customer insights into strategic recommendations that influence product decisions and improve user experiences. Known for being a trusted thought partner, I enjoy breaking down complex technical concepts, aligning stakeholders, and advocating for solutions that are both scalable and customer-first. Beyond my core role, I’m energized by building community and connecting people. As a Spirit Lead within my organization, I help foster engagement, collaboration, and a strong team culture. I naturally gravitate toward bringing people together, whether that’s mentoring peers, or strengthening cross-functional relationships. I’m especially energized by opportunities in presales, product, and customer strategy where I can bridge customer insight with innovation and business impact. Outside of work, you’ll find me weightlifting, baking, hiking, skateboarding, and fully committed to what I like to call “side-quest maxxing”, saying yes to new experiences whenever I can.
