Providing operations and policy support to the Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight (CCIIO) Marketplace Plan Management Group as part of CMS, including compliance monitoring, landscape research, and comment processing as it relates to Network Adequacy, Essential Community Providers, Interoperability, and other aspects of the ACA- Working on monitoring and compliance for the Transforming Episodic Accountability Model (TEAM) to ensure cost savings while maintaining or improving healthcare quality as part of CMMI’s value-based healthcare work- Assisting with the Massachusetts Center for Healthcare Informatics and Analysis PBM contract, including helping draft language for the regulation, creating listening session materials, and providing PBM landscape research- Helping lead the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Steering Committee Work Groups to study internal needs and sensing, which included holding multiple focus groups across the organization- Co-leading the internal Marketplace Hub to ensure staff is aware of the latest changes in the Marketplace landscape, such as H.R. 1’s and proposed final rules’ effects on enrollment and uninsurance rates.
