I bring a strong background in instructional systems design, soft skills training, and intercultural communication, with deep expertise in conflict resolution, workforce development, and inclusive team leadership.As a former Training Manager and DEI Chair at the International Youth Foundation, I led positive youth development programs and facilitated difficult conversations across ideological lines, building trust, accountability, and alignment across teams.
