When I founded Explorance, my deepest aspiration was to create a place where the ends never justifies the means, and a home where one never has to act differently in personal life or in the name of business. I also believed that a great company can only exist when it succeeds to bring together the essence of human grit, ingenuity, and care, in a setting where trust, autonomy, and free-will rule. Our bootstrapped journey, thus far, has been exhilarating as we continue to make a difference in this world. When you bring together a mighty army of Explorers that have nothing in common but the sheer aspiration of leaving a lasting and meaningful footprint. We help organizations instill automated listening strategies to enhance the journey of their students, employees, patients, customers and other meaningful stakeholders.
