Technical proposal manager for BESS projects on the external market. This involves defining the technical scope, coordinating the different engineering and execution disciplines, and providing person-day estimates.• Package manager for RWE’s internal BESS projects, responsible for battery and PCS. This includes independently managing the technical and commercial aspects of a sub-system throughout the entire design, procurement, construction, and commissioning period.• Take on engineering and project management roles for RWE’s external BESS business projects. This involves independently coordinating and negotiating the services offered by RWE with external customers, and coordinating the work of the RWE’s engineering team.• Develop and implement innovative solutions that significantly improve project efficiency and outcomes. Both the technical and the commercial aspects are considered here.• Development of relevant in-house standards and management of their introduction.• Identification of discrepancies from purchasing specifications and quality-critical parameters within BESS. Demanding the elimination and mitigation of these discrepancies from the supplier and monitoring their implementation.• Conducting root cause analyses of damage and defect in BESS.• Steering the plant commissioning and testing process.• Lead as subject matter expert in the BESS industry and mentor and train junior engineers by transferring knowledge and experience.

He holds a bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Postgraduate Diploma in Electrical Power Systems.Currently functioning as a Package Manager and Technical Proposal Manager - BESS, in the Global Storage Engineering Team within RWE Group. Responsible for the design and execution of battery energy storage projects from Scouting, Final Investment Decision until Commercial Operation Date(COD). Supporting various stakeholders (Developers, Suppliers, EPCs, O&M team, legal, claims, permitting, procurement etc.).
