Leadership Greater Huntsville (LGH) is a tax exempt, charitable nonprofit whose mission is to identify, educate, inspire and connect leaders to serve the communities of Huntsville, Madison and Madison County, and the surrounding regions of Alabama.Our Leadership Greater Huntsville programs provide access to community leaders and organizations while discussing topics as they relate to the community. Classes include site visits, behind-the-scenes tours, and interactive Program Days that provide participants with a better understanding of our greater community and develop an appreciation of community resources ultimately resulting in engagement.Management Academy exists to enhance the value and productivity of key business managers through personal development, collaborative learning, tools and techniques, networking and mentoring, transforming them into stronger leaders for their organizations and the community.
