Hey there! I recently graduated from the SFU BBA program, and am now stepping into a new chapter as a Campus Recruiter at MNP. This role has been giving me great opportunities to connect with emerging talent and help shape our next generation of professionals. My current goal is in finding creative ways to engage early talent and support in fostering those positive relationships at a young age to develop strong talent pipelines. I love discovering new talent technologies and learning industry best-practices to improve candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. I feel passionate towards creating safe environments for everyone to share their unique stories, foster authentic relationships, and building communities that can help each other expand their perspectives. Nothing feels more satisfying than being able to confidently guide and support hiring teams in finding their next unicorn teammate. Outside of work you can find me picking up new hobbies (which currently include reading and attempting to learn pottery), hanging out with my cats, or finding my next adventure!
