I am a passionate advocate of quality childcare programs with educational aims. For over 29 years I have been working with Cultural Care Au Pair, a government-designated cultural exchange with childcare program, to help families embrace global learning and break down barriers of understanding through cultural exchange. Headquartered in Cambridge, MA, I work with a dedicated team of field and office based team members to bring a high quality program experience for thousands of families across the nation.In my current role as Executive Vice President, I am responsible for the day to day operations of the US program including strategic development and overall program satisfaction for customers of Cultural Care Au Pair. My personal passion for quality childcare with a cultural flair is based on 13 years of experience as a host family to au pairs from Germany, Sweden, Brazil, Russia, Czech Republic and Australia and seeing the benefits that language and culture exposure at an early age can have on children.Cultural Care Au Pair has supported more than participants since 1989.
