Vistage is the world\'s largest leadership and coaching organization in the world for CEOs and business leaders. I serve as a Vistage Chair, coaching and mentoring leaders of businesses with $1 -$500 million in annual revenues. In this role, I build valuable, long-lasting relationships. I facilitate discussions among high-integrity executives where we collaborate to tackle complex challenges and come up with new ideas to solve issues. In these strong relationships, members celebrate wins and support each other on their journeys. I help members learn and grow which results in greater success for themselves, their companies, employees, and families. My job is to help Vistage members increase their effectiveness and enhance their lives through peer group meetings, one-to-one coaching, expert speaker workshops, access to a global online network of business leaders, and regional and international conferences. Through the Vistage experience, members improve their business results and regularly outperform their competitors.Vistage works.
