ABOUT SAMANTHA N. DANG

Samantha N. Dang currently handles development, legal, regulatory, compliance, and FCC issues with Small Cells, New-Builds, Macros, modifications, and serves as an NRE Developer/PM for Verizon in the Telecom industry. She provides leadership, expertise, quality control, guidance, oversight and support for large scale market site development activities related, but not limited to, Site acquisition, lease negotiations, real estate entitlement, leasing, zoning, permitting, regulatory, FCC compliance, construction design, construction quality standards, and internal and external affairs, and other legal matters. She was a Professor at Irvine University College of Law. Ms. Dang was honored with the prestigious “Professor of the Year” award in 2014. Previously, Ms. Dang has over 12 years of litigation and legal experience in the areas of commercial/business, real estate, telecommunications, construction, family and bankruptcy law. She opened the very first English-Vietnamese law practice in the State of Oregon in 2002. She graduated with honors from Seattle University with a degree in Business Administration & Management in 1996. She earned her Juris Doctor at the University of Oregon School of Law in where she was one of the staff editors of the Oregon Law Review and President of the Asian Pacific Law Students Association. Ms. Dang also loves to play golf, snowboard, run marathons, play chess, and cook in her spare time.
