As a Sales Manager at Ultimate Health Plans, I lead a team of dedicated career agents who serve Medicare beneficiaries by helping them navigate their insurance options with clarity and confidence. With a strong focus on recruitment, training, and leadership, I work closely with agents to ensure they are equipped not only to guide their clients through the enrollment process, but also to advocate for them throughout their journey with the health plan.In addition to supporting our internal team, I also work directly with independent brokers, providing in-depth product training and field support to help them deliver a high-quality experience to their Medicare clients. I take pride in being a reliable resource for both new and experienced agents, offering consistent mentorship, up-to-date education, and strategic guidance in a constantly evolving industry.Collaboration is at the heart of what I do. I partner closely with all of our departments (located right here in Florida) as well as our valued network providers to foster strong relationships and continuously improve the member experience. By bridging the gap between sales, service, and quality care, I help ensure our members feel supported, informed, and valued every step of the way.
