Progress specialise in the creation of creative work place interiors. A medium sized family business,est.1994 with a passion for great design and customer service excellence. Our approach and project structure is what makes us extra special: providing every client with a single point of contact; we design, project manage and procure each element of a project under our transparent model which includes a competitive tender process. This solution provides distinct advantages over Design & Build, including: Speed, Value, Quality, Risk Reduction & Cost Certainty. The team delivers 20 to 40 projects per year. Project scales vary, usually under 150 staff with the majority being 20+ staff, our clients are from all business sectors. All Progress clients share a desire to create an excellent working environment from their staff, improve productivity and efficiency whilst maximising value. Progress enjoys an enviable track record and a client list including successful SME’s right through to blue chip HQ projects.In addition to our own projects, we regularly work with other professionals to either deliver a complete project under our transparent model (in preference to Design & Build) or provide product solutions for furnishing, bespoke joinery and demountable partitions.Increasingly we are working for organisations who are driving changes to corporate structure and working practices as well as those in the process of relocation. The trend towards cloud computing is promoting more freedom within the office for staff and we are regularly helping clients achieve more from the same space through creative design.We generally market and work in London and throughout the South East of the UK but do take on projects further afield.
