For over a decade, I’ve been at the intersection of mental health, leadership, and innovation, creating spaces where individuals, teams, and organizations can thrive. My expertise spans therapy, DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging), digital mental health, and AI ethics in behavioral health. AI & Mental Health Innovation As AI transforms the mental health landscape, I work to ensure these technologies are culturally responsive, ethical, and clinically sound. I collaborate with AI-driven companies to evaluate models, refine reasoning abilities, and shape the future of AI in therapy and mental health care. Mental Health Leadership & Coaching I have extensive experience providing individual and group therapy, clinical supervision, and leadership coaching. My background includes leading clinical teams in community mental health, integrating teletherapy long before it became standard, and training mental health professionals nationwide on best practices in digital mental health and identity-affirming care. My specialty areas include: Racial trauma and workplace microaggressions Women’s mental health and high-achieving Black women Maternal mental health and postpartum wellness Digital mental health equity and AI-driven therapy ethics Educator, Speaker & Writer I’m passionate about making mental health accessible through public speaking, training, and writing. I’ve trained employee groups, educators, law enforcement (CIT training), and mental health providers on mental health equity, trauma-informed care, and clinical interventions. I’ve also authored therapeutic journals designed for self-reflection, growth, and complementing therapy—born from my deep belief in the power of storytelling and narrative healing. “Your gifts are not anchored to any one person, place, or situation.
