I value being able to accompany them when they face challenges. I enjoy providing resources and new perspectives. I continuously advocate for them and work to challenge the systems that oppress them. I love people as they are and encourage them to live fully as themselves and live in their values. I am a social worker by trade and ethics. I talk a lot about social justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Not just because it impacts my own life but because it impacts the lives of people. I can\'t advocate for them personally, without acknowledging the need for systemic change.
