I bring my creative and strategic mindset to every role and have always thrived on building and maintaining positive relationships with diverse audiences through my effective communication skills and ability to navigate through complex situations. I have a passion for events, brand strategy, story-telling and project management.As the Co-Owner and Creative Director of West Haus Studio, a natural light creative studio located in the heart of Downtown Kitchener, I have gained invaluable hands-on experience operating all aspects of the studio, including creative installations, customer relations, marketing and communications. Through my role, I have developed a keen understanding of the importance of effective public relations in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and the broader community. By actively engaging with clients and managing their expectations, I have honed my interpersonal and communication skills, enabling me to deliver exceptional client service and ensure satisfaction. Moreover, my experience in marketing and communications has allowed me to develop a strategic mindset in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for business growth. I have successfully created and implemented innovative marketing strategies that have enhanced brand visibility and attracted new customers to our studio. Additionally, my strong networking abilities have enabled me to build valuable relationships with other creatives within the community, bringing new aspects and perspectives into our space.
