I help grow and modernise a high-precision engineering business with a strong commercial lens.I’m part of the leadership team at Alan Spargo Ltd, a family-run precision engineering and toolmaking company with 50+ years of heritage supplying performance-critical sectors including motorsport, automotive, defence and construction.My role spans commercial strategy, operations and finance, focused on sustainable growth: investing in capability, strengthening customer relationships, and improving systems so we deliver what we promise, every time.I enjoy the commercial side of engineering just as much as the technical, turning complex opportunities into profitable, manufacturable solutions, and helping bridge the gap between design and production.
