I have a proven work history in Senior Project and Construction Management, from Construction Manager to Project Delivery Director, with 43 years’ experience spanning sectors in Oil & Gas, Gas Storage, Nuclear and Energy industries. Managed ca 600 project staff in the successful rollout of high-profile UK Nuclear new build and decommissioning Nuclear programmes, Power, Oil & Gas, Gas Compression & Storage projects. Controlling a range of multi-discipline contractors and or client facing self-delivery project teams to plan, deliver, achieve and or exceeding client safety and deliverable expectations while providing full CDM & Regulatory compliance. Being dynamic, positive, and driven in support of the Clients’ “big picture” I drive teams to apply robust safety work ethics and processes to achieve programme and overall project deliverable objectives. Specific areas of proficiency include constructability and implementation strategy within EPC and or EPCM project environments. History of personal competency and achievement of projects delivery, with excellent presentation skills, Sector, Operations Director, MD & OBE level written references & commendations. Self-directed and proficient analytical person, I thrive on pressure and welcome the challenges of shaping, encouraging and leading multi-discipline project delivery teams at all levels, office and or site based.
