In this role, I:Work with Homes England\'s Chief Property Office, the National Development Director and the Regional Delivery Teams to deliver the Development Directorate Business Plan.Provide strategic oversight and advice to Homes England\'s Regional Delivery Teams when we are disposing of multiple sites to the same counterparty.Lead the National Disposals Coordination Group, a dedicated task and finish group committed to sharing knowledge and working with internal and external specialists to develop policy and guidance for Regional Delivery Teams to rely on. Lead the coordination and communication of strategic objectives and Business Plan delivery activities for the Development Directorate, ensuring work is aligned to our KPI’s.Collaborate with government colleagues to develop strategies and policies that will improve the delivery of housing and associated infrastructure.
