I have worked on several projects in the oil & gas and petrochemical sectors, specifically with SPI INtools :Adani Unit – MPL (Mundra Petrochemicals Ltd.): 1) Junction Box Grouping & Wiring: • Handled the grouping of 600 Junction Boxes (JBs) across DCS, ESD, and F&G systems, using SPI INtools. • Created different Cables(1PR, 2PR, 8TRIAD, 16Core, 3.2CPow/UPS, etc.) in Reference Explorer and reduced manual work and speeding up the process by importing 1st Panel Names, 2nd TS-1 Panel Strips & 3rd 500 Panel Terminal Nos. at a time in import Utility. • Assigned Tags and made Signal Level Corrections for 4-wire instruments and Proximity sensor 2PR Limit switches.2) Hook-Up activity :• Converting AutoCAD drawings to.SYM files, followed by a multi-revision process (1st revision for drawings, 2nd for BOM, 3rd for tag lists). Once all revisions were done, I merged Hook-Up Drawings, BOMs, and Tag Lists into a final PDF. • Also added new INSTRU types by comparing MPL UIO Seed files.• Managed TQ (Technical Queries) raised by EPCM contractors and resolved them by Regenerating.PSR files and assigning New Pages to Forms.IOCL (Indian Oil Corporation Ltd) Unit – PBR : • Created Hook-Ups and assigned.sym files to them in Domain Explorer.• Created Hook-Up items(Name, Description, Size, Material) in Reference Explorer.• Disassociated Old Tags & Associated New Tags to Hook-Ups and alignment of Hook-Up drawings. • Duplicated Hook-Up with suffixes A/B/C/D/E for 100+ tags because 20Tags/Page requirement and generated Bill of Materials (BOM) by grouping multiple Hook-Up items. RIL (Reliance Industries Ltd) Unit – VCM-021 & DMD-121 : 1) Specification Data Dictionary (Spec DD) activity : • where I checked the mapping of specification header names to ensure there is no missing specs. • Adding Spec_udf fields in specification pages.2) RIL Purification Activity: • Regenerated.PSR Pages and assigned them to their Form no. •Worked on Title Block alignment.
