Management of global recruitment spanning 120 countries and encompassing diverse functions such as Finance, Partnerships and Advocacy, Communications, Technology, Research, Supply Chain, and Administration.• Oversee international professional, national officer, and consultancy recruitments across diverse functions such as Finance, Partnerships, Communication, Programme and Policy, HR, Supply Chain, and Administration• Align Terms of References with generic job profiles and functional needs, collaborating with hiring managers, staffing coordinators, and the job classification team• Collaborate closely with department heads to comprehend staffing needs and draft sourcing strategies for challenging roles, identifying suitable advertising channels• Perform talent searches, engage potential candidates, and screen applications against position requirements, contributing to sourcing strategies• Arrange for technical assessments using online platforms and ensure stakeholder engagement throughout recruitment process• Represent HR in panel interviews and generate recruitment reports for stakeholders• Support knowledge sharing, onboarding, and training on HR processes, tools, and contribute to the development of HR policies, systems, and procedures; develop materials and lead training exercises for talent acquisition and candidate experience• Lead and execute Employer Branding Projects, liaising with country offices, functions, and outsourced services• Promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices for a fair hiring process• Implement a systematic analysis of quarterly data to assess diversity hires across different contract types within the Partnerships and Advocacy Division• Act as the official representative of the World Food Programme (WFP) at various Career Fairs, effectively communicating the organization\'s mission, values, and career opportunities to potential candidates
