I am a counter-fraud and conversation management specialist with almost 30 years\' experience in financial services, and I have always believed that the most powerful fraud prevention tool is confident, well-trained people. Throughout my career I have worked closely with frontline teams, helping them develop the skills and confidence to spot fraud early and handle challenging conversations with clarity and professionalism. I particularly enjoy collaborating with clients to design training that is practical, engaging and tailored to real-world pressures, whether that\'s through workshops, coaching or in-depth conversation management programmes. My approach is hands-on and people-first. Effective fraud prevention is not just about systems and processes, it is about culture, communication and empowering the individuals who protect your organisation every day. As an NLP Master Practitioner, Accredited Transformational Coach and Accredited Hypnotherapist, I bring an additional dimension to the work I do with fraud teams. The psychological and emotional demands placed on investigators and frontline staff are significant, and I am increasingly focused on supporting the mental resilience and wellbeing of the people at the heart of financial crime prevention.
