Your team is crucial to your success. In terms of my key skills, I pride myself on being an active listener and an individual who can adapt my style depending on the person or interaction. I like people, and enjoy the varied personalities and situations that spring up within my role, some more challenging than others!Resilience is in my view a great attribute and one I would expect to be in most successful people’s vocabulary (whatever the word “success” means to you).
