ABOUT SAKSHI INGOLE

I’ve always been drawn to the power of storytelling, whether it’s shaping brand narratives, creating memorable experiences, or engaging talent in a way that feels truly authentic. My journey has taken me through luxury hospitality, brand management, and now talent acquisition, giving me a unique perspective on how brands connect with both customers and employees. Currently, I’m part of the Global Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding team at Accor, working with Sofitel, Sofitel Legend, MGallery & Emblems to build a strong employer brand, create engaging content, and showcase what makes these brands an incredible place to grow a career. Previously, I worked in Global Brand Management at Accor, where I focused on brand strategy, F&B positioning, and digital engagement for Pullman, Mövenpick, and Swissôtel, bringing stories to life across various markets. Before stepping into the world of branding and talent, I started my career in luxury hospitality with Taj Hotels, where I learned firsthand what it takes to create outstanding guest experiences. From refining VIP services and front-office operations to improving customer satisfaction and retention, those experiences shaped my ability to understand people, anticipate needs, and create value, whether for guests, employees, or brands.
