My role involves- Technology Strategy: Designing and managing our digital ecosystem that streamlines the supply chain, from procurement to delivery, making the process more efficient and transparent- Platform Development: Overseeing the creation of our e-commerce platform, focusing on a user-friendly interface that provides customers with easy access to a wide variety of millet products- Data-Driven Solutions: Implementing data analytics to optimize product offerings and track consumer trends, ensuring we meet market demands efficiently- Farmer Integration: Ensuring that our platform supports farmers by offering direct market linkage, cutting out intermediaries and empowering them to achieve better profitability- Sustainability: Driving technology solutions that align with our core values of sustainability and a healthy lifestyle, integrating practices that promote eco-friendly farming and consumption.As CTO, my goal is to leverage technology to transform the millet sector and create long-lasting value for farmers and consumers alike.
