Personal contributions and accomplishments: • Delivered entitlement program consisting 12 projects and 100+ FTE in 2015. Worked closely with business partners to define a release roadmap based on the business priorities and delivery constraints. • Looking at bigger picture, identified and removed conflicting requirements between projects within entitlement program saving future re-work and delays. • During design review, suggested alternate approach to remove a dependency reducing time to market by 20%.
