Hi, I’m Saira 🧩 I’m a neurodivergent marketer from Lancashire, UK, driven by a desire to work in environments where I can create meaningful change and make a real impact. My work is rooted in inclusion, accessibility, and ensuring campaigns reach and resonate with diverse audiences.‍ I previously worked as a Marketing Executive at East Lancashire Learning Group, where I designed and delivered multichannel campaigns across digital, social, and print. My role included website management, content creation, and close collaboration with curriculum leads to engage learners from a wide range of backgrounds. I also interned at Unilever within the Global Media team, contributing to accessibility and knowledge-sharing initiatives across 20+ markets. This experience gave me exposure to large-scale, performance-driven environments and insight into how global campaigns are measured, tested, and optimised. With 4+ years’ experience across marketing, customer service, administration, and education, I bring strong skills in campaign delivery, digital content, and data-led decision-making. I’m currently working part time as a tutor at Elevate Learning Hub, supporting learners while continuing to grow professionally. My broader goal is to be in purpose-led environments where data, creativity, and inclusion come together to drive positive change.
