Professional with over 11years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Garment Design, and Styling. My career spans leading fashion brands including Blackberrys, Reliance Trends, United Colors of Benetton, and CG Lifestyle, along with extensive freelance projects across Bhubaneswar, Pune, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Guwahati, and Kolkata.Visual Merchandising is my profession; Fashion Design and Styling are my core strengths. I specialize in creating compelling seasonal key looks, impactful window storytelling, refined mannequin styling, and premium store presentations that elevate brand identity and enhance customer engagement.I strongly believe that a store window is the brand’s invitation card — it must inspire curiosity, create emotion, and establish a powerful first impression. Every display I design is crafted to build an emotional connection between the brand and its customers.Born in Guwahati and raised in a family deeply rooted in mobile theatre production and filmmaking, my creative foundation was shaped from an early age. With the guidance and inspiration of my uncle, a director, I developed a strong understanding of costume, culture, and storytelling. This artistic upbringing seamlessly blended with my formal education in Fashion Technology, shaping my unique approach that combines cinematic storytelling with commercial retail excellence.From my school days, I was naturally drawn to costume design and styling. This passion led me to pursue a career as a Visual Merchandiser, Stylist, and Costume Designer. Over time, costume design further expanded my creative journey into filmmaking, ultimately guiding me toward film direction.
