Continuously looksfor hazardous conditions and take appropriate action to correct issues.Records – Maintaining all required logs, checklists, inventories, forms, work order systems and documents required by both Hospitality Specialists, Inc,local governing bodies and the designated brand. Maintain current mechanical vendor lists to ensure timely and accurate response to issues thatrequire an outside vendor.General – Completing all work assigned in a safe and professional manner. Maintain frequent communication with supervisor and team members.Ensure that all needed materials are available or on order.
