I support Marriott and Hilton branded hotels with group room management and forecast• I build group blocks in FOSSE, FSPMS, LightSpeed, Empower, Opera Full Service, OnQ and R&I.• I use CI/TY and Delphi FDC as Sales Management Systems• I enter actuals into CI/TY and Delphi FDC• I create corporate and group reservation links• I prepare and hold weekly group scrub calls with sales, revenue and operations teams• I handle group projections for forecasting • I create Daily Revenue Reports and send recaps to property teams• I attend weekly revenue calls• I extend cut off dates for groups• I upload rooming list, add special service codes and ensured accurate method of payment for routing• I balance inventory in MARSHA and R&I• I make group and business travel reservations in MARSHA and OnQ• I load all BT rates into High Performance Pricing and R&I• I actively use Profit Sword• GRO & OnQ R&I Certified• OneYield Edit Access, I change rates as requested in OneYield• I NMQ, OPN hotel and ensure the hotel has straight line availability for sell through• I train new and current associates on current policy and procedures and in FOSSE, FSPMS, LightSpeed, Empower, Opera Full Service MARSHA, MGS Applications, Delphi & CI/TY
