Assist Cloud users in performing their labs to earn the Badges Provide assistance to the users with the queries related to Arcade games launch and Trivia Gamelaunch. Helping with all the solutions provided by Google Cloud. Assisting with the GCP programs and Cloud Skill Boosts Program. Also worked as a Triager previously for CLS Support desk. Help colleagues with process knowledge and understanding the process better. Sharing updates on the real time update. Prepare SOD and EOD for the team. Provide handover to the next available team with the updates on the shift. Handle the breaks for the teams available on the shift and make necessary changes whenrequired on a real time basis. Help the team on the shift to clear the Pending cases and untouched cases to clear the backlogs. Keep a close eye on Hangout channel to provide the updates to the agents available on the flooron a real time basis.
