Conduct inspections and testing of materials, equipment, manufacturing processes, and finished products to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards and document control requirements. • Collaborate closely with operations and production teams to implement, monitor, and continuously improve quality control programs. • Interpret and apply engineering drawings, GD & T specifications, and quality procedures across CMM inspection, aerospace composites, fabrication, and aircraft assembly processes. • Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) using MCOSMOS and MiCAT, including part setup, inspection plan development, and data analysis. • Prepare, maintain, and review detailed inspection reports, logs, and quality documentation to support traceability and audit readiness. • Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot product or process non-conformances, performing root-cause analysis and corrective action support. • Recommend and support improvements to product designs, inspection methods, and quality standards to enhance consistency and performance. • Work in partnership with production teams to ensure consistent product quality throughout all stages of manufacturing. • Ensure manufacturing processes comply with applicable national and international regulatory and aerospace standards. • Utilize statistical analysis tools and software to monitor process capability, track quality trends, and support data-driven decision-making
