With 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have had the privilege of working with both renowned brands and specialist chains. The industry has changed a lot over this time, but what has not changed is the importance of putting our clients at the heart of everything we do.Specialising in the corporate and training markets, I have collaborated with exceptional clients across the Apprenticeship, Training, Automotive, and Service sectors. These partnerships have provided me with deep insights into their operations and the industry\'s demands.Currently, as part of the Senior Sales Leadership team at Leonardo Hotels UK, I use my expertise to mentor the next generation of sales leaders. I oversee Regional Performance for the South Midlands and South West, leading a dynamic team of Directors of Sales, Sales Managers, and Sales Executives. Together, we shape commercial strategies, analyse performance, and drive innovation. Our consultative approach is the cornerstone of our company culture, reflected in our training, conduct, and values.I am passionate about empowering my team with the support and development they need to thrive, while also encouraging them to bring their authentic selves to work. And of course, we make sure to have a little fun along the way—because life is not all work, work, work.
