ABOUT SADIA KHAN

Business, for me, has always been about people- understanding what they need, building trust, and turning ideas into outcomes that actually work. And more and more, I’ve realized business is also deeply tied to tech- understanding how systems work behind the scenes, how digital tools shape decisions, and how you can use technology to improve the way people communicate, operate, and scale. That mindset has shaped the work I’ve done across every role, from leading student groups back in high school to supporting projects, operations, and digital initiatives at TMU. I’ve always gravitated toward spaces where strategy turns into execution and communication makes things move.As a third-year BTM student with a marketing minor, my experience sits at the intersection of business, technology, and project coordination. I support digital strategy and operations for TMU MSA and Roots Academy, and I’ve gained exposure to the SaaS space through my role at SmartConcil- where I worked on web updates, landing pages, and release-style communications for a software-focused, B2B audience, while also supporting prospecting and pitching using LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Roles like Marketing Strategist at IPC Jame Masjid and my past positions across various student groups have strengthened my ability to work cross-functionally, manage timelines, understand stakeholders, and help deliver initiatives from planning to rollout. The more I grow in this space, the more I’ve realized how important it is to combine clear communication with structured thinking and decisions that reflect the people you’re building for. Those three things guide my approach in every project- whether it’s coordinating teams, improving workflows, supporting growth initiatives, or helping bring larger ideas to life.Outside of work, I love socializing, staying active through different sports, and exploring my longtime passion for aviation and physics. I’m also someone who genuinely enjoys tech, especially understanding how systems work and how digital tools shape the way organizations operate and communicate. If you’d like to connect over business, tech, project work, or even aerospace, I’d be happy to chat!
