I am a TOGAF 9 certified, experienced Solution Architect, adept at leading the design, development and delivery of best-in-class enterprise architecture solutions for Cards and Payments for high profile banking and insurance clients, incorporating non-functional requirements such as fraud detection, integration, extensibility and high availability in the design of scalable, resilient solutions. In my current role as Principal Architect for a multinational information technology services and consulting company, notable achievements have included developing a scalable architectural vision & high-level design for a banking client’s time-consuming, error-prone SWIFT payments process / FX booking system, and developing a future-proofed, resilient solution for bank migration / merger of 2 independent COHORTS of merchant into 1 system. I also led a project to establish a state-of-the-art Innovation Lab to facilitate a research partnership with a key insurance client, facilitating ground-breaking research on Open Source, emerging and niche technologies. I am a naturally agile, focused individual who can hit the ground running, delivering valuable technical expertise from the start and throughout the duration of a project.
