Providing the complete analysis on conversion, regarding selects, On-boarding & plan for the pipeline. Effectively able to communicate with the team on-campus recruitment strategies and initiatives.• Participate in the hiring process, including on-campus interviewing, make decisions regarding candidacy, and screening applicants on different written tests as per guidelines and policy.• Actively involved in the data analysis for making the right cut off for IPAT. The supported campus leads with all analysis for ensuring the right cut off for IPAT.• Responsible for University hiring event for GBS, GTS, ISL, IRL, B School, MWSD. Received appreciation for executing the event seamlessly.• Facilitates seamless experience between candidates and the panelists and also ensures proper communication during all stages of the process.• Responsible for all event logistics, partnering with different divisions to secure appropriate hiring managers to participate in events.• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidate management.• Ensured pipeline is handled in the right way for best conversion as well ensuring the right candidate experience which will help us in the next year of hire. • Ensured Diversity % for selects as well as onboarding as per the requirement from RCM.
