I’m a corporate recruiter with 3+ years of experience building teams across business roles and levels such as: operations, growth marketing, compliance and more. I have hired roles from entry level up to Director+. I started my career in staffing, which gave me the fast-paced foundation for sourcing, building relationships, and pivoting quickly to meet business needs. Today, I focus on being a trusted partner to both candidates and hiring managers, someone who balances the human side of career moves with the strategic goals of the business. I’m especially passionate about creating positive candidate experiences and building long-term pipelines and relationships. I’ve always been the one who thrives in relationship building, and that translates into my approach as a recruiter: curious, approachable, and committed. I’m also big on team development and knowledge-sharing, like leading learning sessions that elevate the recruiting function as a whole. Outside of recruiting, you can usually find me exploring new places (South Florida roots, now loving North Carolina life).
