Head of experienced Talent Acquisition responsible for developing and implementing robust recruitment strategies to attract top talent to our organization. I work in close partnership with business sector CEOs/senior leadership to set recruitment strategy and vision across eight distinct business units, as well as corporate and global technology recruitment. Oversee day to day recruitment operations including direct management over a team of recruiting managers, while they work to lead strategic initiatives across all functional position groups. Developed a core Executive recruitment team to connect talented leaders in our market with our growing organization. As well as coach and develop the talent team as they execute on finding top talent for our businesses while dedicated to the overall interview experience.
